About Us
School is tough.
We were all once 8th graders, or maybe we still are, balancing school, sports, activities, friends, and somehow still getting a full night of sleep.
That was us too.
But stepping into high school was not just a bigger step academically or in extracurriculars. It was also a big step in managing stress and learning how to feel understood by the people around us. Gradually, it became harder to balance schoolwork, after-school activities, friendships, family time, and even sleep.
We set out to find a change in our own lives, and to create a sense of community to help navigate these
crucial years in high school so that our futures would be successful. Our journey began with a HOSA project that connected deeply with students. From there, we were inspired to create an organization dedicated to raising awareness about stress and anticipatory anxiety in the Houston community.
Our goal is to create a space of comfort, support, and joy. A place where teens can feel understood. We want to remind students that stress is normal and no one has to face it alone.
Find your place in the community and help others find theirs too!
Clean the mess. Face D-stress.
Our Mission
We strive to create a safe space where teens can combat stress, discover new passions, and build lasting relationships. Through our programs such as community socials and educational events, we aim to empower young minds and foster a sense of community.

Our Vision
We are committed to cleaning the mess of social anxiety adolescents face from the stress in our daily lives by providing an experience of calmness in society and a joyous sense of self-worth.
How We Have Grown Throughout Community!
Partnerships and Collaborations
Over the course of our social events and fundraising, we have been provided desserts in partnership with Lakshmi's Bakery and Royalty Sweets Katy and have been able to reserve a booth at one of the major annual events at the Universal Shraddha Foundation (JHTR).
Additionally on a school-wide scale, we have hosted a social in collaboration with the Seven Lakes Cancer Research Society.
Members and Followers
Our organization has fostered over 150+ members who regularly attend our events, and reached awareness to 400+ students around Katy ISD!
Our social media page has also grown to 300+ followers, with our content reaching hundreds of more people from areas around the US and other countries where we cannot host events.
Funds Raised and Credentials
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, we have been able to raise about $500 from both of our fundraising events, from which some share was donated to our sponsors and partners in appreciation, and the rest will be donated to the Jed Foundation in Houston.
Recently, we have also initiated our podcast and blog page, where we have participated in a online coffee chat with another student-led organization in India and have been able to spread our awareness in their cities, while aiming to continue more podcasts with health professionals.
